Start from one of our discharge notes and change it (a different medicine, a lab the hospital ordered, a new diagnosis), or paste your own. The reader reads it, the going-home plan is built from it and the guideline graph, and the patient joins Going home today for you to approve as Dana.
Synthetic data only: never paste a real patient's note. The chart before the stay stays the patient's; nothing after discharge is scripted. You text as the patient, and when a lab is due the screen asks you for the result.
